The philosophy of the home is to respect the residents needs and to help them regain their dignity and autonomy without compromising their individuality or independence.

All our residents will be given full respect for their dignity, beliefs, needs and privacy, and the right to make decisions about their care and quality of life.

We aim to provide an individualised centred care of the highest quality in an environment of mutual trust and respect.

We believe in a holistic approach to caring for the individuals physiological, psychological, spiritual and social needs.

Care and attention has been taken to provide suitable accommodation suitable for those less able, by providing the appropriate equipment and safety measures required to maintain their safety and well being.

The majority of staff are bi-lingual (Welsh/English)
An experienced chef prepares well balanced meals, including vegetarian
Every bedroom, single or sharing, has television and telephone plug, central heating and are furnished to a high standard.
Lift to all floors
Adapted bathrooms and toilets
Regular visits by chiropodist and hairdresser
A range of internal communal areas and well maintained grounds
Staff are qualified nurses or health care assistants. A first or second level registered nurse is in attendance 24 hours of the day.

In this warm, comfortable, homely atmosphere, enjoying wonderful views, the elderly receive skilled care irrespective of age, sex, race, colour, language or religious preferences. The overall objectives are further secured as the result of relatives’ encouraged visits and involvement, if they wish, in activities.
